Gelato Chef

We are looking for an experienced gelato chef to join a busy establishment in South west London.
you will be responsible for high volume daily gelato production.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years as a gelato maker, and who works well under pressure.
Working 40 hours a week from 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week.
In the busy summer months you will be required to work every weekend, but this is more flexible in the quieter months.
This role is full time all year round.
1 months' annual leave in November /December.
