Start date: ASAP What's on offer: Rate of pay: £12.89 per hour Overtime rate: x1.5 (on hours worked over 40 hours per week) Shift Pattern: 4 ON 4 OFF Shifts: Days or Nights Days Shift: 06:00am to 18:00pm Night Shifts: 18:00pm to 06:00am Weekly Pay(every Friday).
Temp to Perm (performance based).
Key Duties: Manual handling.
Heavy Lifting up to the weight of 32kg.
Security screening of Airport Supplies to DFT standard.
Sort recyclables and check the right kind of materials have been put out.
Use machinery to help you lift and sort items.
Inspect materials for any contaminations.
Working within a large team environment.
Working in a safe manner.
Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment.
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions.
Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedure, rules and schedules.
Requirements: Good attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team.
Right to Work in the UK.
Five year fully checkable reference history.
Ability to pass Criminal Record Check (CRC).
