Gate Engineer Automated Gate Engineer / Electric Gate / Barrier / Security Door Engineer, Gate Automation Engineer Job Type: Permanent Location: Home based in the Midlands - Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Stafford, Burton Upon Trent, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Rugby Post Code: B1 1QU Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Van + Uniform, Start Date:ASAP Established firm in the security sector are currently recruiting a Gate Engineer / Gate Automation Repair and Service engineer.
Your role will include identifying and repairing faults also including preventative maintenance Previous experience in carrying out gate force testing and risk assessments Must have electrical experience Mechanical knowledge and experience in welding is required Strong fault finding skills are required You will be required to be on the on call rota Ideally DHF accredited in automated gates Experience in CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry Systems would be an advantage.
The role will suit individuals currently working as an Automated Gate Engineer / Electric Gate Service Technician / Barrier Engineer / Security Door Engineer, Gate Automation Engineer, Field Service Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Stafford, Burton Upon Trent, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Rugby or be willing to relocate.
