Gas Services Coordinator / Operational Planner

We are currently recruiting a Gas Services Coordinator to join our M&E service on a permanent basis.
Within this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling both day to day and emergency repairs across our customers homes.
We are looking for someone that is confident working to deadlines, highly organised and able to communicate with a diverse range of customers and Engineers via email and phone.
About us We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district.

Duties Plan and schedule day to day and emergency repairs using the Dynamic Repairs Scheduler and our Repairs System.
Forecast and manage diaries of our trade colleagues and liaise with customers to update them.
Organise work and re-plan appointments where necessary, sometimes at short notice due to absence.
Identify and resolve any issues in normal operations and manage schedule disruption.
Update systems to ensure continuity of communication.
Speak with customers to resolve any outstanding issues and organise appointments.
Allocate repairs / planned maintenance / servicing / cyclical works Monitor and deal with queries / appointments from Customers / Customer Services & Engineers that may contact bespoke M&E phone lines.
Monitor a central email inbox and arrange appointments with customers.
Assist in customer contact contributing to gaining access for compliance tasks.
Assist in arranging  boiler installs & plan customer contact.
Order van stock replenishments and non van stock materials , schedule revisits at a convenient time to the customer along with organising  engineers diaries Requirements Previous operational planning experience would be advantageous.
An understanding of M&E services compliance obligations An understanding of process adopted by M&E services  Previous customer service experience, you will need to have great communication skills and be confident and assertive when needed.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures.
Excellent IT skills in order to operate multiple systems.
Diary management experience with excellent organisational skills.
The ability to multi task and work under pressure.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
