You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and gas systems in residential properties across the North West London area.

Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems in residential settings.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures, both for first and second fix work.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to proactively identify issues.
Troubleshoot plumbing and gas problems and provide effective, long-lasting solutions.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations while on-site.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used, through company software.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of issues and recommendations.
Essential Criteria: Proven experience in plumbing and heating, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and gas installations.
A positive, can-do attitude and a professional, punctual, and smart appearance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
A full, clean UK driving licence (max 6 points).
Must be located within 30 miles of North West London.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a similar role or environment.
CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety certification (required).
