Garment Technologist

Job Title: Garment Technologist Location: Oldham, UK Salary: £26 to £50 per hour (depending on experience).
  We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Garment Technologist for a well-established company based in Oldham.
As a Garment Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of garment production, from design to final product.
  Key Responsibilities: Work closely with design teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
Conduct fit sessions and provide technical feedback to improve garment construction.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to troubleshoot production issues.
Ensure all garments meet industry standards and client requirements.
Support the development of new products and improve existing designs.
Oversee garment testing and quality control processes.
Maintain accurate records of technical specifications, samples, and production schedules.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Garment Technologist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality garments.
Experience working with CAD software or similar technical tools is advantageous.
