Job Description : Role: Account Director
Havas Entertainment is a media agency designed exclusively for clients who live in culture – think Gaming, Arts, Film, TV, Toys and Fashion. From Puma to Playmobil, Beats to Bumble, Rémy Cognac to Cointreau, Bethesda to Square Enix, UKTV to Universal Music, the list is impressive and it's growing. We've won our last 4 back-to-back pitches, and we need to hire at every level – strategy, creative strategy, business directors, account directors, account managers and account executives in planning and all levels in our creative solutions team too.
We are here to rewrite the rules of entertainment & create meaningful moments in culture.
Do you want to challenge the status quo? Do you think there's a better way that defies the tired, outdated conventions you see from most of today's media agencies? Do you have an appetite to do the type of work that gets more shared, more talked about, more noticed? If yes, then we are for you.
A bit about you… We want people who feel a passion for this industry, who are naturally curious, who live and breathe culture & gaming. We want fresh opinions and ideas. Thinking that challenges the status quo and that leads to innovation. Your background could be media planning, or you might want to make a jump from advertising, social or even something outside our industry. Our philosophy here is to hire for attitude, train for skill. If you've got the qualifications great. If you've got the passion even better.
If any of this sounds like you. If you want to create solutions that unify advertising, PR, social, experiences and media. If you want to create cultural impact far greater than the sum of the individual parts, then please get in touch.
Account Director Our focus is on the strategy, planning and implementation of both upper and lower funnel activity, designed to raise awareness and drive consideration of the brand in-market, flexing according to market stage and local market nuances. Working with the client as a central function across all their game releases, means that multiple campaigns can be briefed into the team at any one time, therefore, the focus of the AD role will be on ensuring the smooth running of the team. This will be achieved by supporting the Business Director in identifying ways to streamline workflows, produce clear and well-supported media recommendations, and identifying ways to improve the overall QA process of the work output, as well as being a senior level client-facing support on the account.
Additionally, you will support the Client Partner in the development and roll out of account guidelines and processes to ensure that the account runs smoothly and work closely with the activation team to ensure plans move efficiently from planning into activation stage, providing a holistic view on how campaigns are to be activated across multiple markets.
