How you'll make an impact As a Client Technology Associate you will be immersed in all aspects of client delivery and product development work, including: Supporting clients to ensure the best levels of user experience.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are tracked and adhered to Supporting testing and product launches.
Utilising feedback to develop training materials, resources, generate ideas, and improve product functionality.
Collaborating on product rollouts, webinars, demos, and training sessions.
Managing basic customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalations.
Assisting with routine administration duties to support the tracking and resolution of customer issues, client acceptance testing, change requests, testing, and issue reporting.

Educational Requirements Minimum requirement of 4 in English and Maths Desired Skills and Qualifications Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels of the business Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Desire and drive to take on early responsibility Initiative and an eagerness to drive projects to a successful conclusion Willing and able to act as a team player The Application Process Stage 1: Online application Stage 2: One way interview Stage 3: Assessment Centre Stage 4: Final interview Stage 5: Offers made Start date for the Gallagher Rise Programme will be 30th June 2025.
