Job Title: Furniture Sales Consultant Location - Farrigdon, London Salary Up to £80k Commisoin Package Company Over View: A leading furniture dealer committed to delivering high-quality, stylish, and sustainable furniture solutions for commerical offices, hospitliaty and student accomodation clients.
They pride ourselves on an extensive product selection, expert design services, and exceptional customer service.
They are expanding their London Sales team and are in the market for Furniture Sales lead to join their sales team.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will over see all sales functions, business Development, building end user client relationships, provide exceptional services.
Needs to have extensive experience in the furniture industry, a proven sales track record, and strong leadership capabilities.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and an ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development Maintain strong relationships with commerical Project Managers, Design and Build Fitout & Main contractors Generate a stroing pipeline of projects across the Commerial Office, hospitality and student accomodation industries Network, attend industry events, Sales & Execution Oversee end-to-end project execution for furniture sales projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, finance) to streamline project processes and ensure seamless delivery.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial proposal and budgeting to final delivery and post-project review.
Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
Conduct regular client meetings and updates, addressing questions, concerns, and any project changes.
Ensure client satisfaction by aligning project deliverables with customer expectations and addressing escalated issues promptly.
Market & Product Knowledge Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape to ensure that project solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Team Leadership & Development Foster a collaborative and solutions-focused team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and professional growth.
Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and resolve any challenges effectively.
