You will be an experienced Furniture Restorer, eager to join a dedicated team in London!
If you have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience restoring and repairing various types of furniture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, assessing their pieces, developing restoration plans, and executing repairs with precision and care.
Are you the right person for the job?
Minimum of 5 years in furniture restoration Proficiency in woodworking, joinery, and finishing techniques Knowledge of different wood types, historical styles, and construction methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail A genuine love for preserving and reviving furniture Conscientious and reliable Driving Licence is desirable but not essential What will your role look like?
Evaluate the condition of antique and modern furniture, identifying areas that require restoration Perform necessary repairs, including re-glueing, refinishing, veneer work, and structural adjustments Maintain detailed records of restoration work hours Communicate with clients, providing recommendations and updates on progress Ensure that all work meets our high standards of craftsmanship and authenticity What can you expect in return?
