Furniture Co-ordinator (Commercial Interior Fit-Out) Permanent Role £30,000 - £40,000 Surrey | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday Company Overview: A leading workplace design and fit-out company renowned for creating innovative, sustainable, and bespoke workspaces.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly passionate, detail-oriented, and organized Furniture Coordinator with experience in the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sectors.
A strong commitment to teamwork and compliance is essential.
You will join a vibrant, innovative, and entrepreneurial team dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

As a Furniture Coordinator, your primary role will be to collaborate closely with the Sales team, assisting with product selections and preparing quotations to secure client business.
Additionally, you will oversee and manage projects from order placement through to completion, while also handling various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the lead salesperson, assisting with the finalization of specifications up to the point of order confirmation.
Oversee projects from the handover by the sales team through to coordination with the Project Manager.
Note: The lead salesperson maintains ultimate responsibility for the project.
Address additional or ad hoc client requests in collaboration with the lead salesperson.
Maintain commercial awareness and refer all commercial decisions to the salesperson.
Prepare quotes based on project drawings and briefs.
Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and manage supply chain inquiries.
Review and verify order acknowledgments against orders placed.
Develop delivery schedules and provide onsite support during the installation process.
Work closely with the design team to ensure the accuracy of drawings and presentations.
Check invoices and approve them against orders placed.
Create Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
Conduct a comprehensive review upon project completion.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines.
Strong eagerness to learn and develop professional skills in the construction industry.
Experience in the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sectors.
