Furnace Operator

Job Title: Furnace Operator Location: Stourbridge Pay Rates: £12.50 - £16.00 per hour Shift Patterns: Days 05:00 - 14:00 / 15:00 We are seeking an experienced Furnace Operator who is looking for a long-term permanent role!
Our client is experiencing record breaking growth and is looking for committed employees to join their growing teams.
Responsibilities: Loading and unloading a furnace with iron and steel.
Checking the temperatures of a furnace.
Monitoring the quality of the raw materials to ensure that they meet company standards.
Maintaining records of heat cycles.
FLT driving (If you have a licence) Qualification/experience: Furnace Operating experience required - induction furnaces.
FLT Licence is preferred.
Benefits and working hours: Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime) 05:00 - 14:00 / 15:00 (option to stay on longer if you wish) Overtime paid after 40 hours.
30-minute unpaid break.
