Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Commerce Module Fully Remote £625 per day outside IR35 12 months We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant specialising in the Commerce module to join a dynamic consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Commerce module.
Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Configure and customise D365 Commerce functionalities in line with business requirements.
Design, develop, and implement key features of D365 Commerce, including POS, E-commerce, Channel management, etc.
Work closely with technical consultants to ensure alignment between business processes and technology.
Provide guidance on best practices and functionality within D365 Commerce.
Train and mentor users and stakeholders on Commerce-related functionality.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget, maintaining high quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address business challenges.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a D365 Functional Consultant, with a focus on the Commerce module.
Proven experience in D365 Commerce implementations, including configuration of Retail POS, E-commerce, Pricing, Inventory Management, and Promotions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail processes and the ability to translate business requirements into D365 solutions.
Experience working with third-party integration tools and services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
