Position Overview: Functional Consultant Key Responsibilities (6-Month Contract): Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance) in a greenfield environment, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
Conduct thorough business mapping and workflow analysis, which are critical to this position.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
Conduct workshops and provide hands-on training sessions to enable end-users to maximise the benefits of the solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, customisation, and support of the Finance module, prioritising system efficiency and reliability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs within the six-month project scope.
