The Anglers is a family-friendly pub in Teddington, occupying a great spot on the banks of the river.
The location is peaceful, but the pub itself can get busy - the food here is extremely popular with visitors.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:
As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
Strong kitchen management - ordering, stock and hygiene are a must.
Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
Take pride in every successful service.
A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
