Up to £65,000 basic salary DOE, plus an additional responsibility allowance for the lead vet aspect of £7000. They have certified RVNs in feline nursing, nutrition, behaviour and Fear Free. Experience of coaching or mentoring will be invaluable to develop the current vet team, who are at various career stages with a range of abilities. Support will be provided to you, by the knowledgeable and experienced, clinical leadership team and encourage CPD to allow you to excel in your role. You will have a flexible working approach as you will be working between two sites, undertaking a varied caseload of both surgery and consultations.
