Full-Time Mathematics Teacher – Secondary School GSL Education are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Basingstoke, Hampshire, , starting Easter (April 2025), permanent contract being offered by the school.
This position welcomes both experienced teachers and Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) to apply, with interviews scheduled for the end of January 2025. .
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Teach Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering dynamic lessons.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Provide regular feedback to students and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Encourage students to take part in extracurricular activities related to Maths.
Work collaboratively with the department to enhance the overall curriculum.
The Successful Candidate Will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum, particularly at GCSE level.
Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
