The main aim of this role is to lead the Surrey Heartlands Growing System Leaders Educator Programme as well as helping to make the Growing System Leaders learning pathway sustainable, cost neutral and embedded.
The Leadership and Learning Facilitator role is an exciting position.

Main duties of the job Build a network of volunteer Growing System Leaders Educators who represent a diverse range of organisations, roles and cultural backgrounds Train and develop Growing System Leaders Educators so they have the necessary skills and behaviours to support deliver of the programme Lead and support the Growing System Leaders Educators network, to build cohesion and collaboration Deliver innovative, engaging and collaborative training and learning initiatives to upskill a multi-professional audience Design accessible, interactive learning programmes Develop a cost-effective process that ensures we have a capable and confident network of Growing System Leaders Educators Influence staff, managers and organisations to ensure there are enough Growing System Leaders Educators About us Surrey Heartlands is a partnership of organisations working together - with staff, patients, their carers, families, and the public - to support people to live healthier lives.

Person Specification Knowledge, Training and Experience Essential Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area Further training or significant experience in project management, financial management or supporting change management processes Experience and understanding of evaluating and measuring the performance of health services.
Experience in communications and stakeholder management Comprehensive knowledge of project management and/or health information systems development Workforce development knowledge and experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Project ECDL Previous experience in similar role in public sector A good understanding of the health and social care environment and roles and responsibilities within it Analytical Essential Ability to analyse very complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources.
Demonstrated capability to act upon incomplete information, using experience to make inferences and decision making Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures Knowledge of Financial Systems monitoring budget management, processing invoices and procurement Communication & Relationship Skills Essential Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences.
Evidence of success in efficient and effective project and programme management Skills for communication on complex matters and difficult situations, requiring persuasion and influence.
Skills for nurturing key relationships and maintaining networks.
