They're primed for major growth, and you'll play a key role in making that happen.

Salary of £55k - £65k | Hybrid working with 3 days in a MCR office In this position, you'll collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and drive product initiatives that push boundaries.
As a proactive engineer, you'll bring projects to life by merging technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, ensuring smooth execution and powerful results.

What Your Key Tasks Will Be: Develop Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with your team to design and implement custom web applications that meet our clients' unique needs.
Work in a Collaborative Environment: Foster strong partnerships with colleagues across different teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Lead and Drive Projects: Take ownership of projects, proactively problem-solve, and drive new product initiatives to success.
Issue Raise: Keep on top of any errors or issues that may arise and escalate when necessary Oversee Day to Day Operations: Address daily operational needs of customers who utilise the systems and components delivered.
What skills you'll need: Full Stack Development Expertise: Proven experience in web development using frameworks, with a strong focus on JavaScript and a solid understanding of Node.js / Vue.js.
Cloud Proficiency: Experience working with cloud-based environments like AWS or Google.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical, programming, and problem-solving abilities, combined with proficiency in Java development and database management in a Linux environment.
DevOps Knowledge: Expertise in developing, deploying, and integrating apps in a Linux environment, with a focus on automation and scripting.
Media Technology Understanding: Familiarity with broadcast and streaming technologies.
