Full Stack Engineer

Position : Senior Fullstack JavaScript Engineer Location: Fully remote in Portugal & UK Overview: Our long-standing client based in Portugal is hiring for a Fullstack Engineer!
As a client who builds blockchain solutions within different industries, they are looking to hire a full-stack engineer who will be initially contributing to the front end using React and then transitioning work to the backend in Node and Typescript.
Responsibilities: You will need to be comfortable starting more on the frontend side of the project, and only after some months of adaptation will you be expected to shift more and more to a more backend role.
The end goal is for you to be 70/80% backend.
Internal platform: you will develop the backend using: Typescript, Node, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and WebSockets.
Liaise directly with the end customer and stakeholders to gather the requirements and execute the proposed timelines.
Take responsibility for features deployed into staging and enterprise production.
Essential Skills: 8 years of software development experience.
3+ years where you have been influential in implementing Typescript.
React frontend and Node backend experience is a must.
Experienced and involved in large enterprise development projects is a must.
