Full Stack Software Engineer (Java/React/AWS) £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Bristol or Cheltenham Bi-weekly visits to office Agile Software Consultancy (UK Central Gov Projects) SR2 are supporting a growing software consultancy who focus exclusively on projects within the UK Central Gov sector, working on mission critical projects to make the UK safe & secure online.
We are looking for an experienced full stack software engineer, who is well-seasoned working with both Java and React on full stack projects.
Along with cloud experience, ideally with AWS.
Responsibilities: Implementing full stack software solutions - including design, development and testing Working with both Java and React daily Deploying software systems using public cloud (AWS and Azure - mostly AWS) Client engagement and translating requirements Providing support/mentoring employees at earlier stages of their careers Following Agile methods such as Scrum & Kanban Growing and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders - both internal and external Working with DevOps techniques - including virtualisation, containerisation, CI/CD and infrastructure as code Must haves: Java and Spring boot React AWS British Citizen & eligible for SC Security clearance (ability to go DV in future) Please apply if you are interested in this role, we can move very fast with just a 2 stage process and make an offer before Christmas.
