Full Stack Developer (Junior/Associate) Salary range: £25k - £35k dependant on experience Contract type: Full time, permanent Location: Remote (with ad-hoc face-to-face team and client meetings.)
The successful candidate must be a British Citizen due to the requirement for Security Clearance.

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of development experience who wants to grow their skills within an Agile environment.
You will be contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a foundational understanding of software development, and is excited to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities · Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
· Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and reviewing code in collaboration with other team members.
· Work with senior developers to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
· Collaborate with the product team to ensure solutions meet business needs.
· Learn and follow best practices in software development, including secure coding practices and code reviews.
Skills / Experience Desirable but non-essential: · Some experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar technologies (e.g., through internships, projects, or coursework).
· Basic understanding of web development principles and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
· Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
· Eagerness to learn new technologies and development practices.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
· Familiarity with Python or backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django) is a plus.
· Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
· Basic knowledge of secure coding practices.
