Full Stack Applications Developer – Node.Js

Salary/Rate: £60,000 Per Annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a mid to senior level Full-stack Web Applications Developer on a 1-year fixed term contract to be based out of Temple, London on a hybrid basis.
There is a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
You must have demonstrable experience in building client facing APIs, not internally.
Other must-haves include experience with Node.js, SQL server, OAuth2 or similar authentication, web services in cloud hosted environments (preferably Azure), and at least 1 core JS Front End framework.
You will be part of a growing development team that is rolling out a large-scale digital transformation programme.
Our client is a world leading think tank examining geopolitical and geo-economic risk from an international perspective, with specialist expertise in risks with a national security dimension.
You will be delivering core services & web interfaces for data acquisition & management, process automation, and analysis & visualisation of diverse research and reference datasets.
Leveraging Node.js and Azure based services, these will provide both internal users & external clients the tools they need to locate, interrogate, analyse & visualise data across multiple sources from a single platform.
