Full Or Part Time High Level Teaching Assistant

Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Oakfield House School in Salwick.
Our school is a DfE registered primary school providing a purpose-built service for pupils with educational and development needs.
Responsibilities: To support and assist teachers in offering mentoring support, training, and guidance to other members of the team.
To contribute to the preparation and planning of lessons, including developing resources and opportunities for pupils to learn in school and out-of-school contexts.
To share the school's responsibility to support and promote the learning, personal development, safeguarding, and well-being of all students.
To ensure recording and reporting across the school is completed to a high standard.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
Permanent, Term Time only contract.
Experience working with pupils with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
