The primary aim is to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of orders, from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
You'll be the bridge between senior management and frontline staff, ensuring that operational goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The Fulfilment Shift Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that a fulfilment centre operates efficiently and meets customer expectations.
