Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

\n \n Responsibilities: \n \n Delivering exceptional customer service.
\n Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
\n Taking calls from customers and placing orders on the system \n General admin duties \n Handle incoming customer calls & inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
\n Operate internal Operations system to log, book, track and follow customer orders.
\n Support and work with the office team in all other aspects of administration as required.
\n Maintain office hygiene standards and demonstrate safe working practices.
\n Follow and adhere to client policies, procedures and code of conduct.
\n \n \n Reconciling Driver's loads from the previous day \n Debriefing Driver's at the end of their day and making any necessary amendments \n Compliance Checks to be carried out on all Vehicles once a month \n Cylinder Yard Counts, including entering of stock figures and carrying out any investigations \n Participating In End of Month Stock counts when required \n \n \n Requirements: \n \n Outstanding customer service \n Computer literate \n Successful candidates require a DBS check.
\n \n Details: \n \n The role is due to start immediately and will run until around March 2025 when it will be reviewed.
