You will be the integral link between our consultants and end clients as well as other external supporting recruiters we may use.What does it look like day to day?Being accountable for operations of recruiters both internally and externallyLiaising with line managers and obtain feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycleEnsure we are working with compliant candidatesRelease vacancies to the internal Hays recruiters as well as any external recruiters supporting usCoordinate recruitment events with the Hays team and the end clientProduce management reports to establish effectiveness of service and provide key insightsWhat you'll need to Succeed:You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels.
