For our recently opened office in Birmingham we are looking for a Fulfillment Agent (m/f/x) full-time, who ensures a smooth flow of all production processes of our letter and parcel shipments.
Tasks Preparing specially designed envelopes and parcels, including: Operating printer and folding machine Prepare envelopes and parcels, including insertion of content Sealing and franking items Packing and shipping preparation Scanning and handling of barcodes Requirements Previous experience in a lettershop in the use of inserting and printing machines is desirable but not a prerequisite PC knowledge (MS Office) Independent and reliable way of working Structured, precise working method Personal initiative and high level of commitment Ability to work in a team Timekeeping and reliability are essential due to the nature of the role Benefits Your benefits: Diversity is our top priority!
