Frontend Lead

Position: Frontend Lead/Manager Location: London/ Hybrid Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Lead/Manager with deep expertise in Next.js, Tailwind, React, and Storybook to drive the frontend strategy and implementation.
This role will focus on delivering high-performance, scalable frontend applications with a modern tech stack, leveraging GraphQL for seamless data integration from an ElasticSearch persistence layer in a headless CMS setup.
The successful candidate will lead a talented team of developers, split time between hands-on coding and technical leadership, and work closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch new features.
Qualifications: 6 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Advanced proficiency with React and Next.js .
Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-driven development using Storybook .
Experience with GraphQL for data querying and ElasticSearch for persistence.
Familiarity with headless CMS setups and API-first architecture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
