The Role                                                                                                                                                             As the Front Office Manager (Known internally as the Front of House Manager), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk and guest services.
You will lead a team of dedicated front of house staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include Supervise, train, and motivate front desk and guest services staff to deliver top-notch customer service Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive measures to address any concerns and implement improvements Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests upon arrival and throughout their stay Address guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations and room assignments Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of guest accounts Required Skills & Experience  Proven experience in an operational role within the hospitality industry Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, vendors, and senior management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Proficiency in relevant hospitality software and technology The Benefits 28 Days holiday Extra days holiday for your birthday Free meals on shift Free Gym access on-site Employee Assistance Programme  Exclusive Employee discounts on accommodation, attractions & dining across the THC Group.
