Our mad-cap journey started in 2015 when we unwrapped the Salisbury Arms in Cambridge and welcomed in the locals - having been named as "Best Pub in Cambridge", from humble beginnings we have gained the confidence to share our unique hospitality.
Your role as Supervisor: We are looking for talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.
Front of House duties include: - Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none - Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff - Ensuring payments and receipts are correct - Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings - Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues - Being a supportive and proactive team member - Ability to open and close the premises to a high standard - Cashing up at the end of the shift occasionally You will need to demonstrate: - Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer facing environment - Have supervisory experience and proven success in delivering through your team - Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer - The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment - A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us What we will offer you in return: Competitive hourly salary 28 days holiday Pension Food & Retail discounts Fun culture surrounded by a supportive team The PPP T-shirt!
