Primary Responsibilities Include · Friendly and efficient check in and check out of the highest standard.
· Answering all guest enquiries.
· Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests.
· Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departure experience for all of our guests and visitors.
