Front of House Receptionist £35,000 - £40,000 Temp to Perm  A fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a boutique Investment Bank located in Mayfair.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a client facing role, and keen to progress their corporate receptionist career.
You will have a positive approach, 'can do' attitude and be committed to delivering customer service excellence.
Hours 8:30 - 5:30pm WHAT YOU WILL DO Meet and greet all guestsLiaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors and other internal teamsEnsure all stationery, marketing and kitchen essentials are replenished Organise all meeting roomsLiaise with catering to arrange meeting refreshmentsCoordinate meeting room bookings ensuring all IT works aSign for all deliveries and ensure they are given to the correct person WHO YOU ARE Previous experience in a customer facing role essentialPrior experience in hospitality, financial services or cabin crew desiredAbility to develop and maintain professional relationshipsAble to multitask and prioritise tasks accordinglyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environmentTiger is B Corp Certified.
