This role would involve you taking ownership of managing service delivery across a portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
This role requires you to build strong client relationships and support front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
Oversee front-of-house teams, providing ongoing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure service standards are met.
Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, assess team performance, and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal protocols.
Act as the key liaison between on-site teams, clients, and support offices, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Lead onboarding processes, conduct return-to-work interviews, and manage employee performance, including handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
Regularly assess and enhance front-of-house services, making recommendations for improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and handle transitions or changes in client needs to maintain service consistency.
Collaborate with HR on employee welfare, training needs, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
We are looking for Account Managers or FOH / Reception Managers with experience in 4 or 5-star hotels.
