What will I do?
Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service .
You'll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue .

DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
Our hotel has an 18-hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
