Handle phone and in-person requests efficiently.
Ensure the location is ready for business, meeting brand standards.
Maintain the appearance of the reception, meeting rooms, cafe, and common areas.
Assist in delivering meetings and events, including setup, catering, and cleanup.
Essential Skills and Experience: Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
