Studio Front of House Coordinator (Homewares) Department: Photo Studio Grade: 3 Standard hours: 36 hours, Monday-Friday,8-4.
Maternity cover / 6 Month Fixed term contract Primary Location: Leighton Buzzard Our client is looking for a Studio Front of house Coordinator to join their Photo Studio team at their new Studio in Leighton Buzzard.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working in a studio, hospitality sector or similar Front of House/Reception role.
This is for an energetic and open minded individual, who is seeking to forge a career in a busy and creative environment.
Responsibilities Your responsibilities include hosting reception, assisting with the coordinating the studio and location shoots, maintaining the studio environment and upholding health and safety at all times.
In addition you will handle all elements of customer service, freelance introduction, food and transport bookings.
You will act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering exceptional service through good communication, passion and engaging with our customers.
Manage reception and greet clients/visitors professionally.
Assist in coordinating studio and location shoots.
Maintain the studio environment and ensure health and safety standards.
Handle customer service, freelance introductions, and manage bookings (food, transport, etc.).
Support the Studio Manager with shoots and workload coordination.
Oversee catering and hosting for talent and visitors.
Order props, equipment, and manage studio purchases.
Assist with budgeting, finance, and invoicing for the studio.
Use Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) efficiently on Mac OS.
Adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
Requirements: Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Experience in a public-facing role.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
Full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
It is essential to be commercially minded and aware of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
Comfortable with a highly pressured and rapidly changing environment
