What will I do?
Supporting the front of house team in the co-ordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everythin g in-between !
Dealing with all direct and third-party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upsell ing opportunit ies .

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham.
Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
