Front Desk Receptionist SPONSORSHIP AND HYBRID / REMOTE / PART TIME WORKING NOT POSSIBLE
Location: Farnborough (Please note that this role is not based in London) Management of the reception area to include: Delivering a professional and welcoming 'Front of House' service.
The issue of access ID cards to permanent staff, approved contractors, client contractors (unescorted), in accordance with authorised access levels.
The issue of access ID cards to contractors (escorted) and visitors in accordance with documented protocols.
Processing Visitor Access requests via the Portal or email in accordance with Security Policies.
Processing Additional Access requests within documented guidelines.
Co-ordinating resource for On Site Support requests and services.
Understanding of, and compliance with, Security Assignment Instructions.
Cleanliness of the reception area.
Managing and updating the key tracker system.
Monitoring stationery and office supplies requesting replacements as necessary.
Roles & Responsibilities: Production of audits as and when requested by the Security Manager.
Promoting and living the company values.
Playing an active role in Risk and Resilience Management System.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience of working in a reception area.
A professional and helpful telephone manner.
Interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Package.
Effective time management skills.
Previous experience of access control systems desirable.
