Job Title: French Speaking Service Desk Analyst Would you like to work for a company that have grown from 0 employees to over 200 in just over 3 years?
This company are looking to add a French Speaking, Service Desk Analyst to their growing team, as they continue to expand over the coming months.
You will have the chance to support some of the largest customers in France, as they continue to expand across Europe.
You will utilise your customer service experience, to support and resolve their customer's issues.

Responsibilities: Supporting French customers in local language Gathering reporting requirements - liaising with staff at sites to get reports to customers General ticket support - e.g.
creating access requests, troubled tickets, maintenance notifications Required Skills: Fluency in written and spoken French Customer Service Experience Benefits: Private Healthcare Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) This role will be based in Milton Keynes 5x days a week.
