Package and Benefits:Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)Bonus: Up to 10% of salary (paid quarterly)Perks:Gym membershipPrivate Medical InsuranceEmployee assistance program (GP service, loans, and financial advice)Training & Development: Personalized training and progression planJoin one of the UK's largest privately-owned Freight Forwarders, recognized as a top 100 company to work for, with a strong track record of industry excellence.Duties:Job Costing & Quoting: Prepare cost estimates and quotes for clients.Coordination with International Partners: Communicate with overseas offices and partners.Job Management: Set up and manage job files on the internal system.Logistics Coordination: Organize and arrange collections and deliveries.Customs Procedures: Liaise with customers for clearance instructions and complete customs clearances.Client Communication: Keep customers updated throughout the process.Invoicing & Payments: Manage costing, invoicing, and payment arrangements.Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.Customer Service: Deliver top-quality customer service throughout the process.Requirements:Only candidates with UK Freight Forwarding experience will be considered.
This role is open to professionals experienced in Air, Ocean, or Road Freight, dealing with both Imports and Exports.
