Despite our growth, we remain small enough to prioritize personalized service for our valued customers.Role and Responsibilities:Join our dynamic team as a Freight Account Manager and embark on an exciting journey with Quality Freight Services.As we step into the New Year, we're on the lookout for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in freight forwarding and account management.Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to be involved in all aspects of your client's freight movements?Do you enjoy generating new business, costing, quoting, account managing and operating your client's cargo end to end?If this sounds like you, Quality Freight Services Ltd would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.What are we looking for: Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)Freight Forwarding experience by Air, Sea, Land and AbnormalFreight Account management experience: 2 years (preferred) Main responsibilities: Cold calling, lead generation & customer appointmentsMaintain and develop your existing accountsKnowledge of your own hauliers will be a great advantageProcess bookings from customer by phone/emailHandle the coordination of freight (Land, Air or Sea)Handle all operational aspects of import and export movementsRequest customs clearance of both export and import shipments via our in-house customs teamBuild and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliersLiaise with all relevant parties to ensure that expectations are met during the movement of cargo Benefits: Excellent uncapped bonus structureA company carCompany Laptop & Phone20 days holiday + bank holiday.
