Freelance Site Manager

Description Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager.
The client is an established interior fitout specialist widely respected for delivering high quality fitout projects within Scotland.
In your new role, as Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a fitout contract for the duration of 28 weeks.
You will direct sub-contractors & in house tradesmen/labour to successfully achieve programme deadlines all whilst ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times.
On a daily basis, you will induct new site workers and chair toolbox talks.
Additional responsibilities will include creating progress reports, contributing to progress meetings with clients, management & stakeholders, ordering plant/material/labour, and identifying good/bad practices on site.As a minimum, you must ensure to have CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid qualifications as well as having managed the delivery of fitout contracts in the past, to a high standard.
