Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Freelance Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol.
As the face of Decree in the region, you will embody our brand values, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, highly motivated by sales, and dedicated to building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities: Act as Decree's brand ambassador in Bristol, representing our ethos and commitment to delivering effective skincare solutions.
Drive sales by engaging customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and tailored recommendations.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Educate customers on the benefits of Decree's streamlined skincare range, including Daily and Weekly regimens.
Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve or exceed targets.
Represent Decree at local events, pop-ups, and other activations to increase brand awareness in the Bristol area.
What We're Looking For :
Proven sales experience, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
A passion for skincare and a deep understanding of Decree's philosophy and product benefits.
Hunger for success, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
A proactive mindset, capable of working independently to create opportunities and grow the brand locally.
Flexibility to work 16 hours per week, including weekends or evenings as needed.
A background as a therapist is a plus, bringing an added layer of expertise to the role.
Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour (highly competitive).
Commission: 3% on all sales.
