You can navigate through the content produced for this project here - worldbeyondwaste.ciwm.co.uk About the role – Production Coordinator This role requires someone with experience coordinating multiple competing deliverables in a busy team and who can work closely with stakeholders and a wide network of freelancers and in-house producers.
The role will be fully remote / homebased.
The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in setting up foreign filming, and working with small crews, be able to juggle / prioritise different demands from different people, have resilience and understanding of the knock-on of changes to plans and be able to adapt accordingly.
They would ideally be from a factual content background and have B2B experience.
Key responsibilities: Pre-production and shoot set-up Source and onboard a wide range of multi-media producers / shooting directors and editors we may partner with from around the world and in the UK Set up and manage multiple shoot logistics including schedules in different locations around the world using local crews and talent Booking and leading meetings to brief freelancers ahead of shoots and liaise with freelancers after the shoot Complete pre and post-production paperwork including call sheets, risk assessments, travel itinerates, filming permits, permissions and licenses plus archive material oversight Create appropriate administrative systems to maintain optimum workflows Team Support & Collaboration Help ensure all production milestones are met, as well as create and update any reporting and tracking tools such as Monday.com and frame.io to track project tasks, versioning, milestones, and deliverables Communicate project updates, through detailed meeting notes, status reports, and key milestones to clients, team members, and senior management Manage internal cost trackers Support partners and team members with data storage and file management Experience and skills: Experience: 3 years' + experience in international productions (factual preferred) Confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, stakeholders, deadlines and schedules Experience tracking internal & third-party costs Proven track record of successfully meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contractors to ensure deadlines are met Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders Proficiency and confidence with technology, CWP use project management and video sharing software, such as Monday.com, frame.io, and similar tools Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with a strong ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of sustainability practices, environmental issues, and social responsibility A good sense of humour!
