We have 15 showrooms across the UK alongside our export team supporting independent retailers (selling Nolte and other kitchen brands).
Franchise is an important element of our growth strategy to achieve and accelerate our showroom and brand presence in the UK .
Position Overview: The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for agreeing and executing the UK franchise strategy under the direction of the Retail and Franchise Director.
Key Responsibilities: · Work with all major stakeholders to create the UK Franchise model through to delivery of showrooms in line with the Nolte UK strategy · Lead, develop and create operational and commercial relationships with all franchise partners and operators across the UK · Managing the day to day activities for franchises including coordinating initial set up activities and providing ongoing support to Franchise partners.
· Support delivery of all business objectives and outputs · Support revenue generation, brand standards delivery and operational best practice · Explore opportunities for new franchise opportunities and maximise the opportunity with existing franchise partners.
· Support and implement marketing strategies in line with business plans .
Qualifications/experience: · Strong understanding of the franchise business model and startup businesses (required) · Proven analytical and operational experience · Experience in delivering a regional strategy alongside stakeholders (including supporting new business openings) · Strong commercial and sales acumen to generate sales and growth opportunities · Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
· Self-driven, highly motivated, able to work independently and set priorities.
· Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
· Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Working arrangements · Location: Field Based / Work from home / Requirement to be in the Nolte UK HQ (Wilmslow) occasionally · Full time (37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday) · Driving licence required.
