Your new company A global Bristol-based business is looking to recruit an FP&A Manager on a 12-18 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
The business are looking to interview in December, with a view to someone starting in January to handover with the current incumbent.
Your new role Reporting into the FP&A Director, this role sits in one of the biggest and most profitable business units for the business, so it plays a key role in interacting with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key accountabilities include:
Lead on the delivery of financial and business analysis aligning with multi-year strategic planning, profitability and margin analysis.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts providing clear insights into the financial conditions of the business Advise on financial implications of management decisions, highlighting risks.
Act as an advisor to senior, global stakeholders Lead and develop a small team Completion of business cases / financial modelling for major business initiatives such as new product concepts and cost-savings ideas.
Work with the business to identify efficiencies Contribute to finance projects What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of working in international, matrix businesses.
You should be highly experienced in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and providing clear and concise messaging to a variety of different stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle or other cloud-based systems would also be beneficial.
This role is based in Bristol and you will be expected to attend the office 3 days per week, so ideally with be local to the South West.
