REF: LJ53508 Job Title: FP&A Associate, Brand Partnerships Industry: International Music & Entertainment Group Employment Type: Permanent Location: London (Office Based 4 Days Per Week) Salary Guide: £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits Our client is an international live events group that is looking for a new addition to its Finance team.
The successful candidate will be a key player in a small commercial finance and FP&A team, with dual reporting lines to the Commercial Finance Director and Brand Partnerships Director.

The successful candidate will be a key player in a dynamic and high performing team and the role provides an opportunity to have a significant impact on the development of a rapidly growing business unit globally within a private equity-backed buy-and-build platform in the dynamic and fast-paced live entertainment sector.

This new role will conduct in-depth financial analysis across all Brand Partnerships related activities in the group.
The primary focus will be to translate commercial data into actionable business improvement insights, from a pricing and/or business development perspective, both centrally and across the region.
The role will also lead the budget and forecast for global Brand Partnerships activities, providing strategic support for any regional and global RFP processes.
The Associate will also coordinate with the wider FP&A team and various stakeholders across the market, providing strategic support on finance operations and business modelling.

Description The duties and responsibilities for the FP&A Associate, Brand Partnerships include but are not limited to:
Be the single point of contact for all topics related to Brand Partnerships in a finance and planning context Lead Brand Partnerships budget, forecasts and end-year consolidation and reconciliation between salesforce and P&L, in coordination with the wider FP&A team, the BI analyst as well as regional and operating business teams Contribute to the development of systems automation in collaboration with Brand Partnerships BI analyst Contribute to the definition of internal modelling between central, regional and operating business across Brand Partnerships teams and businesses Identify and lead the consolidation of financial and other data connected to Brand Partnerships.
Working closely with the central data and operational teams, input into processes for the collection, structuring and development of reporting which would supplement the data insights for Brand Partnerships Pro-actively formulate commercially impactful insights from data gathered to identify opportunities, e.g.
pricing benchmarks across the business and related optimal commercial models vs best-in-class operators within the Group From data gathered, support individual regions in building core category RFPs to the market Drive commercial modelling for significant pitches to brand partners for both the central team and in-market Coordinate with the central Financial Reporting team on relevant processes and associated reporting Support in the preparation of analysis and presentations for Global Brand Partnership offsites Support the Brand Partnerships Director and FP&A Director in their day to day duties and tasks.
Skills The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant with a strong academic background.
The role would suit a highly commercial individual working in a central FP&A team or business partnering role, or a candidate working in Transaction Services who is looking for a first move out of public practice.
Excellent financial and analytical skills and advanced Excel skills are essential, ideally along with prior experience using Power BI.
Strong communication skills are required to work in a small team, as well as the credibility to interact regularly with senior management.
The ability to speak a second European language is invaluable considering the regional footprint of the business.
