Few&Far has teamed up with a Series A start-up based in London.
Thy are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Customer Support Lead who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving growth in a fast-paced, design-led, and iterative environment.
This is a role for someone who loves the challenge of creating something from scratch and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details.
What you will be doing; Responsible for building our entire customer support function.
Develop and implement internal tooling, processes, policies, and documentation to deliver a world-class and scalable technical support process.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide input on the product roadmap, contribute to bug prioritisation, and liaise with developers to fix issues.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
Contribute to the development of automated testing processes What you will need; 4-7 years of relevant customer support experience at tech and product-driven companies.
Proficiency with support ticketing systems, analytics software, and knowledge base management tools.
Experience in setting up customer support functions from scratch Experience working with Engineering and Product teams


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
