Foundation Lecturer

Protocol are working with a well established Further Education College who are looking for a Foundation Lecturer on a full time permanent basis.
This role is key in delivering excellent provision to a cohort of EHCP learners with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities with their associated packages of support.  The post holder will deliver high standards of teaching, learning and assessment to ensure the success of the learners.
Key Responsibilities  · Deliver learning programmes, including life skills, employability skills and both functional maths and English at Entry Level 1, Entry Level 2, Entry Level 3, and Level 1, to a cohort of learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities and/or social, emotional and mental health issues.
· To produce schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment plans, learning materials and any other related activities that impact on the effectiveness of learning · To co-ordinate and maintain records of formative and summative assessments of students' learning    Qualifications  | PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLs or equivalent teaching qualification    | 5 GCSEs at Grade A* to Cor grade 4 and above including maths and English (or equivalent).
